Charles Alexander – Director of Business Development –
Mr. Alexander is a businessman who has worked with start-up and early stage companies for over 25 years. In 1983, he cofounded Venture Marketing International, a unique firm offering the “hands on” capability to help new companies grow, and established companies to diversify. VMI led the start of the Swedish Match paper business in the U.S., reset the Holiday Inn business in Europe, and worked with Ocean Spray to diversify beyond cranberry products. In the 80’s and 90’s VMI launched 4 new businesses, including the Australian Outback “Jackeroos” company selling coats and jackets through 1,500 retail accounts nationally. In 2002, Mr. Alexander and two partners started the successful Business IQ (BIQ) software business. Today, he is lending his years of management and business experience to guiding RSI as the company’s Chairman.
Gary S. Rogers, MD – Chief Medical Officer –
Dr. Rogers is a Professor of Surgery and Dermatology at Tufts University, the inventor of CLIPT and Directs a Division of the Neely Cancer Center Dr. Rogers is an expert in skin cancers, surgical oncology, as well as on photodynamic therapy. He previously co-founded Brock-Rogers Surgical (later endoVia Medical) which was sold to Hansen Medical in 2005.
Sam Hill – Chief Technology Officer –
Mr. Hill has over 15 years of experience in the field of bio-optical engineering, image processing, and developing hybrid-modality illumination devices. Most recently, Mr. Hill has held senior optical engineering positions at several leading optical imaging companies including Actuality Systems Medical, Headwall Photonics Inc., and Bodega Algae LLC. Mr. Hill has an M.S. from the Media Lab at MIT and an M.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
